The client needed a new site, the live website did not match the needs or brand and needed to be adjusted to a new business model. We analyzed their website and determine the pain points, road blocks and needs of the users. I was in charge of the website’s architecture, the definition of the customer journeys and the overall user experience.
Once we had wireframes to map the structure of the page I led a team of designers to build the library of elements to create an intuitive and engaging interface.
The feedback from the client and users has been extremely positive. We were able to simplify their interactions, reduce the noise to guide the user through a simpler and quicker process that allowed them to easily book properties on the website.
