The client was facing the challenge to come up with an alternative to a live yearly celebration to close the month’s fundraising efforts. Movember Canada came to the agency for ideas on how to thank the Movember supporters as a closing event at the end of November. We recommended an online live event with live performances and other informational content. A moderator would discuss topics with guests connected to the movement, and the audience would engage in a chat and social wall becoming not only spectators but also part of the celebration. Our agency was tasked with creating a platform that would host this event, creating the final video that would stream live, and supporting Movember with promotional materials.
