Trade Management is a well established and well known company to other dealers proud of the reputation of offering great quality items at great prices. They came to the agency in search of a strategy to make this inventory available online, a place where they could sell quickly moving inventory in a clear and organized way. For this website we would have 2 audiences, the end consumer and the wholesalers, we were task with the challenge to make sure these 2 audiences were able to navigate through the website and follow the path of items applicable to them for higher conversions and returns.
